Located in Calistoga in the Napa Valley, Vincent Arroyo winery consists of 85 acres cultivating 10 different grape varietals and producing over 8000 cases of wine each year. The Arroyo family has been producing wine since 1984. The winemaking style is based on their philosophy about their land %u2013 %u201CTake what you have, and do the best you can with it.%u201D Each wine is hand-crafted, and the winemaker decides when the grapes will be picked, how they will be crushed, the fermentation regime, and barrel selection to maximize flavors during the barrel-aging process. All wines are sold directly from the winery with most being pre-sold as futures. They are known for their reserve and single vineyard Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy these delicious red wines!
